I've been networking with brokers on MF and there are a ton of off market deals to be had in Huntsville and paths to progress are going W and SE.

I've heard on other posts that SE Huntsville is a good area, but not sure what defines the SE area.  

And for buying apartments there is just no use for a license...I'll get it back potentially when I'm ready to cash out, but until then - se-la-vieThoughts?

I have about 25 units in SE MI in that price range and my first choice is to refinish hardwood if available, and give it 3-4 coats of poly.

The property is near SE 14th in Des Moines.
