I was running up against the clock with wrapping before temps dropped to low to paint but we got it done and stayed within the manufactures recommendations so I couldn't be happier!

@Eli JacksonPhoenix needs RV Parks, everything they have are 55 and older parks, none for families or workers.We came here to work on some Walmart’s and Sherwin Williams and we had to go to a park in Casa Grand, because there were no parks in Phoenix or surrounding area.We ended moving out here and thought about the same thing, starting up a RV Park that was family orientated.We had to work in Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix and had to drive from Casa Grand.

Additionally, probably worth raising rents higher and including heat, and getting WiFi in the building and installing WiFi thermostats to verify remotely temp is high, ive found this stops frozen pipes from happening.

The opposite happens in high air temps, something as simple as sugar can be added to slow the cure speed so the strength of the pour when fully cured is maintained.
