It’s (I think) a workshop that works with you closely to help you get started, hopefully to help you get your first deal.

Its always when you need them the most that they would do layoffs.It wasn't until I was in a Small Business workshop representing the nonprofit I used to work for that I was approached by this person who kept talking about how much money he made in RE.

My first interaction into real estate was with a different co-worker took me to one of those 2 hour workshops, and he asked me to help him with some manual work in his first flip.

In the garage, there are 2 locked cabinets, one for my workshop tools and the other for housekeeping's linens. 

The key items you'd find helpful in there are:- His goal setting workshop- "The Power of Focus"Yes - it's easy to get distracted with so much to choose from and so much coming at you with no specific focus.Set your goals, set your focus and you'll find it easier to stay on-track ... since you then HAVE a track to stay on.I recommend the earlier version of Personal Power because the second version (which WAS issued on CD) is a little too "new age" for me.

I am fairly new to the BiggerPockets community and real estate as a whole; I attended Than Merrill's workshop and got the motivation to try out wholesaling with my significant other/partner.

Do you have any workshops or seminars throughout Jersey? 

There would also be a shared heated garage/workshop space with 14’ ceiling and big overhead door, vehicle hoist.  

And they said show us the plans and we can work it out.Across the street is what is soon to be more vacant lots as there is a old metal building workshops across the street along with another vacant lot.

We also include flat fees when absolutely necessary (like when we rent out a detached garage/workshop separately that is on the same meter).
