We are looking to expand our construction company into real estate investing, mainly flipping and wholesaling.

I'm excited to start my R.E. business with a focus on wholesaling.  

I'am new to the line, thinking that wholesaling is the right place to start since you don't need money to start with, but searching around trying to find out ,is it better to focus on foreclosed properties  or rather focus on properties in need of rehab  ?

But anyways I've been this since February of this year and it's grown to become a passion I'm doing wholesaling here on the island.
