Add all that together with my 401k and my other investments I think we should do alright for a Blue Collar worker from western Wisconsin.Questions, comments, or concerns? 

My park is in the western US and is 25 spots total. 16 of them are park owned. 

Definitely, western Snohomish county (30 minutes north of Seattle/Bellevue) is the next rising REI star in the Puget Sound region.

New Western Acquisitions here in the Metroplex has a reputation for burning uninformed Investors.

They think they can replace it though income and tobacco tax (even though it wouldn't come close) but the real reason the proponents of Measure 2 want this done is there is an abundance of tax revenue from the Oil that is being pumped out of western North Dakota (which isn't going to last forever).Has anybody seen where abolishing property taxes actually worked out?

I would love to find a group that meets on a regular basis in either Western NC or Upstate SC.

Rob,Western Pennsylvania and western NY (away from the coast) have excellent rentals that will cash flow nicely, SFHs, duplexes, triplexes, quads, and apartment buildings will all cash flow if bought right.Good Luck,Mike
