Not sure if he was mad for all I had said to pressure him or if he was embarrassed because he knew I was right to be upset at the lack of information.Before I left for the closing I sent my agent a letter that basically said that anyone who signs it is acknowledging that closing was taking place that day and that after that day I was no longer responsible for any expense of the property.

I am so upset, not because the payments went down, but because my tenant's lease is going to be over at the end of this month and he is not renewing it!
