I think it was the verbage of your initial question that Michael responded to with a technically accurate remark.  

There is a section for Agent Remarks - this is where the agent can say something to other agents about the property if they choose.  

I do not want to deter you from wholesaling , it's a phenomenal low risk investment strategy for newbies, however like many of respondents remarked it may take time to build your business.

My remarks were really just to prove the point that interpretations are nothing more than that...one person's opinion.

I'm not much help either, but this is exactly why I got my license - so I could have 24/7 access to MLS - including all the agent remarks - go see thousands of houses and submit as many offers as I wanted without wasting anyone's time but my own.  

I am simply remarking, not trying to convince you.

All my rehabs are in my corporate name and I disclose in private remarks exactly what is what.
