Are there any circumstances under which you would find it advantageous to double-close when you had a cash buyer willing to buy assignment from you?

Here's my situation: My family has about $250-$300K that we recently acquired through a relative unfortunately passing away.

Unfortunately, many owners & PMCs maintain Class C & D properties to Class A & B standards. 

Unfortunately, I also use Hospitable for my PMS and they STILL haven't gotten the Kwikset integration.
