The main challenge has been dealing with the state and other governing bodies in regards to the water well and sewer treatment plant.

There is also a huge electric vehicle manufacturing plant under development just NE of town.

They'll ask that you direct your title business to their company in return, but there usually is no cost otherwise.If you really wanted to do it yourself, and don't want to go sit at the county, the ONLY safe option is to subscribe to the same electronic title plants that the title companies use.

@Ryan Murphy, I don't see it as an advantage or disadvantage, nor would it factor into my decision from a development standpoint.If your're genuinely interested in the neighbor's lot, you might want to start planting seeds with them for that now... who's to say that they won't sell it out from underneath you should someone approach them about buying it between now and your someday?

Every untreated lawn is a mix of many different plants.

Anyone who buys this park needs to be prepared to install a package plant or septic at about $600k.
