Have such order served to tenant, and then enter, possibly requiring the presence of local law enforcement or hire of a state marshal.A process which takes weeks and 100's of dollars.The ONLY time the rule does not apply is an emergency situation. ie; an emergency repair, such as a broken water pipe, or an emergency medical situation.All others, go to court.I enter without permission under ANY other circumstance, I get arrested.
