Hi Kristen, I have not gotten one from him, though I have gotten similar unsolicited emails regarding real estate from a number of addresses (lenders, with or without quotation marks, team builders, etc); ironically, I get far more RE spam that passes through my filters than any other kind.

I am too new to tackle solo.

I'd rather stay clear of anything that smells like crowd funding and takes me down a how to deal with the SEC, etc. road.I recognize this is a long post but I am looking for real ideas or real-life examples of how others have tackled such a situation and want the BP community to have good insight into the need.

I started out marketing directly to estate reps after first honing my skills as an investor in foreclosure and other distressed real estate BEFORE tackling probate. 

I also have a meeting later this week with a financial planner to make sure i'm tackling the debt in the best way possible. 

As for insulation, there a few ways we tackle it:Remove lap boards (some or all) install batt insulation, replace lap boards if desired.Remove top lap board (or drill holes) and blow-in insulationIf you plan to re-do the siding on the exterior of the house, we have pulled the siding and installed batt insulation from the exterior of the home, leaving the lap boards up on the inside, then siding the exterior.
