Does anyone know of any active multifamily meetup/mastermind groups in South Florida?

If you buy a pre foreclsosure and sell it within a few years you owe the owners who sold it to you 70 or 80% of whatever you made.. thats why I no longer do foreclosure rescue.. it just takes one person to file a complaint with the AG in states where this is highly regulated and it becomes a very stressful for you.

Also, there is a smaller, but very active group in Delaware County called "Delco Property Investors" or DPI.

I’m active duty military and I’m about to enter my shore duty.

Better to own a smaller percentage of projects that perform well than own greater percentages of projects that perform poorly with added stress. 

I relieve the contractor wallet and he just need to track his labor part. 

To illustrate this there are probably 50+  active MLS properties in North Philadelphia/South West Philadelphia and other lower tier neighborhoods at any given time where you can complete the BRRRR  method but the real estate is lousy.

The project dragged on for over a year, with constant headaches, budget overruns, and stress.

(completely passive, some activity, very active). 

I can filter out things like active/pending MLS or recently sold properties.
