Do you know anything about if I do or don’t...I’ve done a lot of research and haven’t gotten a straight forward answer.

It took a week or two to process if I remember right but was pretty straight forward otherwise.

Everything that remotely smells like advertising is deleted in the forums :-( thus the paid marketplace area (hint).Since BP doesn't have non-US cities to choose when hosting and arranging local events, some people (wink) might have to choose a US location but be sure to add local keywords to their headlines and content.

You might want to set up "Keyword alerts" for Boston or Baltimore.

Set your keyword alerts on BP for things like NH, New Hampshire, MA, Massachusetts, Boston, etc.

Make sure to also set up your keyword alerts. 

As far as costs into your loan it's pretty straight forward for closing costs, just gets you a higher rate.
