Is there a skip tracing service that could help?

We don't really have enough demand to warrant a skip trace membership, unless there is a reliable site that allows you to pay per inquiry-  Any ideas appreciated!

After hearing some podcasts though im getting the idea that i could skip that step and just start investing.

Now, I wake up every morning and get to have breakfast with them.

Have you ever browsed property listings and noticed the properties that skip exterior photos and highlight the interior instead? 

Of course, I've seen people live in an apartment without water, so it might not work if she's ok with living in filth.Amy - this is a 5 unit building a it was 7:30AM so we would’ve prevented everyone else from showering, eating breakfast and going to work.

I would skip that hassle being 20% nobody.
