Single family w/ Roommates?

Having a duplex with a tenant and a roommate in your unit will take care of most of your fixed costs.

These roommates were all working adults, had jobs, and even though it wasn't the greatest situation sometimes it was just normal roommate concerns, nothing that had to do with gender.

I'm also curious, how many beds/baths... it sounds like maybe you are renting to students sharing the property as roommates? 

I assume you know this if you’re still a student...Other than that room mates can present some challenges...
