FSBOs are usually willing to pay 3% to the buy-side, so when I show them that by paying me another 3% they can actually sell for 5% more and net 2% more in the sale, and I can show them the dozens of things I do to make that happen, and they get it, it’s rewarding.

Is that terrible to take such a loss up front knowing the rewards that lay ahead?
