I’m looking for someone to oversee my duplex in College Park.

Then try to sell those same groceries in the parking lot for a mark up.

I have plenty of clear height (24-28'), acreage, parking, and the right zoning to do this and I am located in a mid-major market.

Just setbacks in the 3 sides.50 foot parking up front.Single story.  

This home is in a great neighborhood that is right next to a elementary school, park, The Cubs spring training facility, and a huge shopping center!

If you are going to dive into that either be in a resort community near Disney (there are about 10 really good ones and dozens of okay ones) or be in a smaller town that may not necessarily be for Theme park goers.

This was accomplished through self-storage facilities and mobile home parks.

They had a large, beautiful camper parked in Yellowstone National Park where spaces are in high demand.

There is also space to park 4 cars.I will be back in the area early May, so if this sounds remotely appealing, we can chat further on a call or meet in person when I am there.
