I’ve run into a dispute with my property manager and am hoping to hear how others might handle this situation.The property manager just turned over a nicely updated apartment and in addition to the normal repairs and painting, installed new 2 inch blinds and ceiling fans in the apartment.

I pay $125/room with my paint for walls.

As a handyman, I don't think I would need to pull building permits for painting a room, replacing a faucet, or putting up drywall, would I?  

We did some rehab.... new paint throughout, new carpets in upstairs, and a brand new bathroom in one unit.

We have a few thousand dollars cash saved up to get started with paint and small projects, but we'd like to renovate the kitchen and bathrooms.

Turned out it was from a plumbing leak years ago, and the seller never bothered to paint it over.

Pretty much: paint, new high quality impact windows, new open kitchens, upgrade to the bathrooms, new central and efficient AC units, great looking garden, and new fence.

Hey Jimmy here I do a lot of rehabs in Cleveland and surrounding areas fully insured contractor and have crews for pretty much anything from trash outs , paint , repairs etc feel free to get in contact 

We typicall upgade lighting by popping in recessed LEDs on dimmers where previously lamps on switched outlets were used, maybe some paint or LVP, but usually not much.
