@Myeasha JonesIn all seriousness, this thread hits close to home and gives me anxiety! 

My everyday goes by the 5 F's - Family, Fitness, Faith, Finances, Fun.I never regret not acquiring a certain property, but missing my son's soccer semifinal a few years ago because I went to a showing still bothers me.I go on a date with my life at least once a week and travel as much as we possibly can.Being fit gives you not only health but the confidence you need to be even more successful. exercising is the biggest cure for stress and anxiety.  

Anxiety is the biggest factor for failing.

It would be impressive to have 100 doors, but honestly, I think that would make my anxiety go through the roof knowing that I'm responsible for homes for 100 families or individuals.Maybe it was here on this forum, or maybe it was in one of Robert Kiyosaki's books, but I recall recently reading that one way to do this is to finance everything and get a lot of doors for more cash flow.

It's not exactly fun doing those kind of taxes at the end of the year or hiring property management companies, and contractors to fix things or the anxiety of what's the next major expense.

That's been my only source of anxiety on large MFH since all of my properties I own are super low interest rates fixed for 30 yrs. 

I get to have them again now that I'm completely off of the anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medication I was taking just so I could keep going to that old job of mine.

It’s in my blood and despite the anxiety of the down times- I love it.

If I were borrow money for an investment, my wife would be eaten up with anxiety and the damage to our relationship would offset any possible returns.2. 

The property closest to me (4 hrs away) happens to also be the only Class C/D property that I have (inherited from in-laws, didn’t buy) yet it gives me the most anxiety of all due to it’s location, build quality, tenant class, even though it cashflows heavy.Baltimore is only 45 mins away from me and I flat out ignore it from an RE standpoint.
