I noticed a few months ago that someone/outfit had finally purchased it.

There are many good outfits in Chicago who do only that.

At this level you have the best property management outfit that money can buy.

NO they just lie to them that they are a cash buyer when they are not.. or they lie to them about the true value but other than that your right no gun to their head.I funded at least 250 wholesale deals in Orlando a few years back but the out fit that did it was licensed  ( Altura ) you may have heard of them.. and I only suspect they were because there was so much money being made they did not want to run afoul of the law.. 

I am not saying this outfit is a scam but their advertisement causes me concern. 

She was then called to purchase more, she did so... spent the whole savings on the entire program the sheets outfit offers.

Move out, marketing, and at least a months vacancy.That’s my opinion anyway and what we do at our Indianapolis outfit.

Walk into the Police Department and ask the Desk Sargent if you can file a crime complaint.There were roofing "outfits" that used to travel around Los Angles doing similar to this.PD cracked down on them.

I have tried RE agents but never got very far with them and later tried to work with a RE investor marketing / wholesaling outfit.
