There's numerous issues; hole in floor and hole in wall, outdated kitchen, ceiling tile is coming off in portions, metal roof that screws need to be replaced etc...

hey everyone hows it going hopefully great ,thats all good points but what about a person like me that has been born and raised and survived in a war zone and sees no problem making money in a war zone , I looked around and asked the same questions to other individuals but got a very short answer now do they just not want to give there secret out or do they just not want to tell me ?

Tax liens just give you a percentage back % which usually ends in bid down wars (@Wanye knows more about it but the general gist is other people can bid down  against you).Its after a few years of consecutive missed taxes does the property goto Tax-deed sale with the county.If you want to participate in tax-deed auctions you need a bit of money (40k to start possibly more now - and you'll need a lawyer if you intend on selling the property - have to complete the quiet title process).
