**Future plans**: After a few years, we aim to put a down payment on a piece of land and move the mobile home there.Our goals are to build equity in our current house while working towards owning a nice piece of land and maybe eventually building a nice house on it.

I really like the Nokomis area a lot - if you're looking at holding onto this one as a rental for a while, I'm sure you'll see some nice appreciation in the coming years too.Just curious, but did you do the full renovation after closing on it, or did it come pretty much turnkey for you? 

It’s nice to have a couple weeks booked per month.  

I know this is a lot, and I do not expect a reply that replies to each thing I mentioned... although that would be nice.

The out-of-the-box "Quick list" filters are nice as well.

My agent was a super nice lady, probably 75, but no idea about investing.
