It is funny how when things are presented on BP we all jump in and accuse the broker of mis deeds when in fact it could be a simple misunderstanding of the buyer...

The reason we have not mention anything to them is in the past there has seems to be a misunderstanding for us being nice for having a get together with friends and family all our treat verses being showy.

There is a ton of information here so don't misunderstand my silence as weakness.

You may bring in additional funds needed from any source.Banks and lenders are not immune to misunderstanding the law.  

I honestly feel like I'm totally misunderstanding your explanation so just wanted you to know that I'm not counter-arguing or anything.

@Jennifer Lee and @Jonathan Makovsky, you may want to check into that and see if they are mis-understanding how you are renting the properties.I have two student rentals and have not had problems with them, one is a four bedroom single family home, i rent all four and the other i turned into a two family and rent 8 bedrooms, both in Pennsylvania.

Don't misunderstand, not all education is good education. 

This represents a huge misunderstanding of the incentive of a commission.
