@Jennifer Lee and @Jonathan Makovsky, you may want to check into that and see if they are mis-understanding how you are renting the properties.I have two student rentals and have not had problems with them, one is a four bedroom single family home, i rent all four and the other i turned into a two family and rent 8 bedrooms, both in Pennsylvania.
