I'm in the process of meeting and vetting two (for now) Cape Coral builders who might have the expertise and bandwidth to take over partially built projects like yours.

Also remember just because a loan may qualify as being assumable the lender will go through a thorough underwriting process to confirm you meet eligibility for the loan.I have seen a guru teaching people with poor credit to go after these types of loans and it’s unfortunate as many would most likely not qualify.

What also helped me was going to local meetups to meet other investors.

We're far enough in our design process to require engineering services, so we've begun submitting RFP's to our pool of construction firms.Received more funds this week but need to increase momentum to meet our fee schedule.

I haven't heard of any meeting scheduled.  

I'm aware of your investing initiatives as we are part of the MTR investor group that meets every Friday, which is excellently run by you.
