Medical has a low ratio of doctors available to patients so there is tons of demand.

I don't like office properties but that is just me unless it's medical office in certain situations.Office when economic downturn happens people tend to move to cheaper warehouse space, reduce space they need in the current building to stay ( they have employees work more from home), or they shut down the space all together and move to a home office at their house. 

There's a lot of education and work to be successful on the commercial side of the real estate brokerage business, but compared next to being a doctor or attorney or even a microbiologist, the amount of hours in a classroom (and dollars of tuition) are exponentially smaller!  

The biggest employers here are Medical, Food Processing and Vance Air Force bade.

We're not even sure she'll be dead in six months, as my dad had pancreatic cancer, lasted three years instead of six months to a year that doctors gave him.

I've been a member  of biggerpockets for about 5 years and have studied full time learning alot there, reading books, because I had a few years to do that 7 days a week because of the medical problems I had.That being said let me inform you that wholesaling is harder than it looks, it has much competition, and you have to learn how to tell lies or keep things to yourself so the Owner does not know what you are really doing.
