But we have minor league baseball and hockey, college basketball, baseball and football, 2 drive in theaters, 2 lakes, 2 malls, multiple golf courses, country clubs, 2 skating rinks, an ice skating rink, museums, orchestras, theaters, some amazing parks, and tons of great food - all within 5 - 30 min away. 45-60 min away you have Amish country, major league baseball, basketball and football, Lake Erie, casinos, 3 airports, etc.

@Anthony White congrats on your path in real estate thus far, great story, being a former collegiate coach in baseball I admire your passion and self education, I'm sure you were a great coach to your players.

I am not in that league so I have to be happy paying the point.:)

It feels a bit unnatural to step in the big(ish) leagues, although I did do 2 SFR for a few years to ride out the 2008 downturn in the RE market.

It can just come across like wet blanket to folks who are hoping one day they have time to coach their kids little league.
