I recommend going to that person first and inquiring if the escrow was released to the seller and what release/acknowledgement they received before distribution. 

Unfortunately, the majority of houses I share with her go pending before she gets around to inquiring or setting up an appointment.

I was just curious if anybody has any templates they'd be willing to share for the automated messages that you send when guests inquire, they book, a week before check-in, etc...

I inquired about this price with the loan agent and evidently they just estimate high on the appraisal price.

@Jennifer Donley I was recently inquiring about a condo that houses a section 8 tenant, when my agent asked for the current lease we were told they couldn’t provide it as it was a violation of the tenant’s privacy.
