I have a good sized buyers list of the contacts I have made over the years, but in all honesty, there are only 2 that I do regular business with where we pitch deals back and forth to the other and do business somewhat regularly on both sides of the table.  

I stand for honesty, fairness, trustworthiness, integrity and holding people accountable on doing the right thing.

That probably prompts a lot of honesty, as well as good customer service amongst agents.  

I was 100% up front and honest (I believe this is the only way to treat people).2.

I would also like to leave an established business founded on honesty and service to my children and their children. 

To be honest I vaguely keep track in my head I don't care a whole lot, I hate filling out the paperwork for the banks.

I have all receipts but to be honest I haven't added them up and it was multiple trips to Home Depot.
