To fill all the houses with families it takes families that are mobile, otherwise they would not move in the first place.

Years ago I lived in a mobile home (on land) and discovered that it was easy to rent rooms out in it.

I am a rehabber (was a remodeler for 30 years, and have now begun doing them for myself), and I was offered an opportunity to purchase a 14 unit Mobile home park in my local area.

Looks like we need some experts on mobile homes here... anyone?
