more than likely you will need to speak to the land groups of home builders or the land and development groups of multifamily buying groups and most are going to be publicly traded. make sure you have enough housing units. if you provide more info I can help out. there's a million different niches in development and more than likely less than 10 buyers for what you are talking about in any niche. we just reached out to Greystar for apartment development site we are putting together that is a vertical development. we called their office for the midwest and messaged every single person on their team on linkedin. put the effort in and you'll get results. 

This takes a lot of work and effort for uncertain and unsteady benefits.

My votes are never to sway a favorite member.That's just me but stick around and I think you'll find there are no such issues.As to Michael's comments, BP is great and has better info than probably any one person can dole out, but many just can't read and do, a mentor on a persoanl level in a specific deal can't be replaced by any book, tape, CD, forum or phone call for that matter....IMOBP is worth more than any guru program I know of as to content, so get all you can for free, just takes a little effort.

Again, depending on your current situation and how much time/effort you want to put into this.

The effort you put into your side hustle determines what you get out of it.

I understand that real estate investing often requires active management and effort, especially in the beginning.
