I've engaged with some of these already but didn't know about others.

I'd have no issue if they mailed me or scraped TOT info to reach out etc, but to use a businesses platform to market and take revenue away, and have to disguise your contact info to do it...no thanks.I realize some of that is just the name of the game, and plenty are ok with prospecting this way but for me you can use the demographic of STR owners without directly sourcing via the competitions platform.

I know a lot comes from time and connections so I've been focused on just learning the game as much as possible! 

You should engage an architect or surveyor/civil engineer for something like this.

Initially we thought weekends for football games, homecoming, graduation and ect would be our clientele but  I’m liking the idea of weekly stays from these types of guests.  

The loan has been a game-changer, minimizing the upfront costs.

Being able to tailor terms and close quickly is definitely a game-changer, especially when traditional lenders can’t offer the same speed or options.I’m curious, what kind of deals are you focusing on at the moment?

While I am not in middle TN (I did used to live in Rutherford County, though), I am in the STR game and self manage.
