I neither imagined the possibility of leasing options, allowing to make deals while not having a greater fortune or free float capital. 

That means crud that floated around with the water just might have found its way to the heating elements or other important components.

The loans aren't non-performing (yet) and they are floating rate loans currently at roughly 3.0%.
