Will the school district rating help muffle correction?

Puyallup is known for having a good school district relative to Tacoma, and I don't have any problem finding good tenants for my Puyallup rentals.  

Well, here it is: This is a 4/2.5/2, 2753 sq ft. foreclosure that was built in 2006 located in an upper middle-class community with an excellent school district.

I believe rent control starts at 5 units in the District.

Overall rent seems to be higher than east sides such as Riverside, but houses are relatively older as well, esp in the historic district where the city does not fancy investors come in and tear down the OG look of the area.

And they are all oil heat but the school district is not too bad better then Pottstown.
