So...then rehab that I have in progress does not have a water pipe running into the house.

I don't remember where the bible says that this is all ok, but I guess there's probably a commandment that says don't pour concrete down the pipes or load the heating vents with dead fish, but no specific commandment about sabotaging doors handles.I'm not trying to bash Christians here, by the way. 

If you were sniffing networks, wouldn't it be great to sit on that outbound pipe from large VPN providers?

I as new landlord got the dreaded phone call of a frozen pipe causing flooding. 

If you're replacing some piping, you may be okay, but if you're installing a new boiler (for example), you'll likely be too low on your costs.Robert Leonard

I didn't do anything with finances because I was so mentally exhausted from the short sale experience, one of my regrets. 

I am contemplating getting my Bachelors Degree in Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology in order to exhaust my GI Bill.

The pipes were stolen prior to contract resulting in water gushing inside and wet carpets etc.

We're specifically looking for a phone number-  Feel as though we've exhausted internet searches and only come up with three outdated numbers.  

Plumbing can be another issue because of old pipes that get rusty and electrical issues as well with old fuses instead of circuit breakers, but again i lucked out and there were updated electrical and quite a bit of newer plumbing in the home i bought.
