I know that you can look up 203k lenders on the HUD endorsement summary but hadn't seen anything similar for Homestyle lenders.Also, if anyone has experience with this loan and would be open to share their experience, let's connect!

Not sure if you ever heard of endorsing a check to an LLC on the back of the endorsement line.

Make sure you work with an insurance company that understand land contracts like REI Guard (this is not an endorsement -lol) but suggestion.

I always lookat the number of posts when this stuff pops up, I also look at who voted them up and the number of posts made by those who endorse the ideas posed.

I guess affiliate marketing must be powerful because I would not have bothered viewing this webinar if it was not endorsed by someone I follow closely on real estate and value much of what he puts out on his emails.

Does BP not vet these lenders before featuring or endorsing them?

My understanding is if there is a fire, and the fire damages the building, the structure would be covered by the commercial policy issued to the HOA, but if the fire also damaged furniture in unit #6, then it will be up to whatever insurance the owner of unit #6 John Smith covered.So one of the units is being sold right now and the mortgage company of the buyer is requiring equipment breakdown endorsement coverage to be included in the current HOA commercial policy.
