Hello all, this is how i spend my days(Phase 1 get my mind right)- Pray- Meditate - Exercise & go Jogging - Take a warm shower (while listening to relaxing music)- Eat a good breakfast(Phase 2 take care of business)- Check and respond to both my email and voicemail messages- Check to-do list, and complete any items due that day- Scan through that days top real estate news articles- Do a little networking through various real estate groups & forums (mainly for: education, finding deals, and building my connections) - Do at least one thing that day that normally makes me feel uneasy (I work on conquering my fears by doing them) (Phase 3 relax)- after all this, I put anything new on my to-do list to complete for the next day, then I either read a book, hang out with friends, watch a movie, or play video games.

Yes they are to blame for trying to live above their means, but when you dangle a steak in front of a hungry dog you should not be surprised when he snatches it out of your hands and eats himself sick.I remember sitting in meetings where companies would trying to think of the next way to leach money out of people they know they did not have it.

$20K equity in a $200K property isn't really any equity because if you sell closing costs will eat up almost the entire amount.Its unlikely you'll be able to borrow this equity.

For 3500 this guy will just walk if he can't purchase, and from what it sounds like, he's probably eating into his savings also if he is paying the 900 and his mortgage.The problem is that the two parties have 3 houses (one too many).

Taxes eat into that, which I've basically never had to pay, greedy litigators, crooks etc. cause wealth building problems..
