It's the only method I've thought of so far, so nice to see everyone else's ideas on here. 

I successfully invested in a couple of NPNs on my own using many of the people he recommended so it seemed that his method had potential to be successful.

One, is the long, drawn out method by which you get the other party “invested”; time wise as well as emotionally in concluding the deal.

You can also use online marketing methods, networking, etc.Yes, I've had to foreclose.

It's our preferred method because we find that they appreciate faster in our market.

I can do dry wall patches and install sink faucets as well

Many title Co's do cut and dry transactions and are not comfortable closing deals in this manner.  

I've been told Cash for keys is a good method but how do you go about doing that?
