Wordpress is best if you have little understanding of code as you can find nice templates online on theme forest etc and may set it up including domain & hosting for around $80-$100.

a simple solution that would cost about$10 a year would be to go to www.namecheap.com and register a new domain, something like www.yourdomainBP.com and make it a simple redirect to your real domainThen all links from that source you know are BP referrals.Not the best, but surely simple, and cheap.

I would for sure check out https://gsuite.google.com/pricing.html  for 12 dollars a month and a business email address and domain, you really can't beat it.   

Regarding the spam, domain registrations without WhoIs protection can cause spam because email address are made public to be scraped by spammers.
