I  have no experience in the field of real estate and have just been consuming every bit of info I can from BP (which has helped a lot.)I have been listening to podcasts, signing up for every webinar, analyzing deals daily using the calculators. and have recently purchased a few books from the site that I will begin soon. 

I would usually say it is a good start but you have to pay for a subscription if you are using it daily. 

It's a historic building and the location is such that everyone in town drives by this church on a daily basis and I think the community would be supportive of doing something with the church due to it's location and it's a shame to see it sitting empty and not in use which is what has happened these past couple of years before I bought it.The building is 4 or 5 ft about ground.  

You follow the contractors on a daily routine trying to get them commit a task completion on time.

For the people who call me daily to ask if I'm going to let them rent the place, I just tell them that I am still accepting applications and everyone will be given full consideration.

Pools require almost daily maintenance in the summer, and good luck getting tenants to agree on shared responsibility for it! 

You should be analyzing tons of deals DAILY so when a good one comes across your desk you KNOW it and can move with lighting speed.

For me, I'm working toward financial independence where my passive income is equal to my living expenses.When you look at your daily choices through the lens of your long term goal, you set yourself up to reach it.

I remember when the banks were dumping REOs on the market in Vegas daily for under $50k .. those days are long gone of course .
