I saw an interesting thing the other day and am curious if others have seen it too and know how to set it up: some vacation rental PM rigged it up so that their vacation rental properties show up on Google maps, just like a restaurant, hotel, or other business.

You would not have cookie cutter apartments, it is likely you would have units per floor and fire separation might be difficult as well as utilities.

I was first stationed in Virginia and did 9 deployments all over the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, Atlantic, and Pacific on a 270' Cutter for 2.5 years doing drug and migrant interdiction. 6 months of aviation maintenance school followed and afterwards, I transferred to my first and final aviation unit in Cape Cod, MA on H60 Jayhawk Helicopters.

FTHB don't know that I'm beating them up early for their own good (even if it's a cookie cutter deal, they're going to have enough on their plate with inspections, etc, that they will be glad I took this mountain of paperwork OFF their plate early on), but people that have owned homes before get pissed at me and say "WTF, we're not even in contract yet?!"
