The biggest reason is such an influx of the work/time required by staff is so condensed into a few months...that you're either over staffed the rest of the year or spread thin during tax peaks.

And mostly the answer had been every year.Fix and Flip is a hard strategy due to 2 big fix and flip guys that are well established in the area and they suck up the deals really fast.The reason El Paso is condensed and hasn't spread out is due to its infrastructure.

You might consider buying spare filters, so when you go for a maintenance visit, you can just swap in a clean one and take the old one back with you to wash later.They should tilt towards the outside of the house a little bit, so the condensation drips out the back.

It's very costly once the unit becomes vacate due to the security measures we take such as keeping utilities on for security system, boarding up the back & sides windows, removing furnace, hot water tank and condenser unit.
