Can I close a Real Estate transaction without the presence of a title company agent or a real estate ANTHONY.???

(I can fly back for closing or other events that requires my presence)3) If both of the above are okay, when do I need to be physically present?

If the realtor has a separate operation that's composed of a team for property management then my opinion it's ok to use the same person as a realtor & a PM;  but if they are a one-person band then it's a bad idea. 

All you need at this point is hand holding through the process and a presence at the closing table.

Same goes for social media presence. 

But why would I do that if their presence help me to get two more months rent that I wouldn't have.

The housing market is currently very healthy and we have no reason to expect a housing crash even in the presence of an economic recession, so for those reasons I believe it is a great time to buy.

Upstairs from the main level is a half size floor composed of a large bonus room, an office (no closet but I could add one to make it a bedroom), and a full bathroom.On the Ground level is 2 bedrooms, a ¾ bath, and a room that was used as a kitchen/family/laundry room – there’s another washer and dryer connection here and a half kitchen.Electrical, plumbing, and heating are not split between upstairs and downstairs, though downstairs has in-wall cadet heaters.  

Plus when they did receive your letters you are an unknown in the marketplace, so motivated sellers are unlikely to deal with you when they can deal with a more familiar presence in the market.What I would do if I were you is keep looking at the MLS and comparing prices.

These are usually large firms with national presences and usually do a fine job.
