Don’t make this complicated.  

There is a 1 year right of redemption for tax sales but judicial and non-judicial foreclosures do not have a redemption period. 

I'm guessing there is no lease so this situation is a little more complicated than a typical eviction which is generally because a tenant isn't paying rent or abiding by terms of a lease agreement.  

I know investing in a different state can be complicated so I can't even imagine investing in a different country.

We have a great team but trying to get the amount of work done we have can be complicated logistically.

Stick with it not as complicated as it sometimes sounds-lots of ways to make a buck-and many more ways to lose one.

So, while the meth complicates is a little, it doesn't change much because if there is any smoke damage it needs to be remediated regardless of whether it was meth or just household items burning.

I never even thought about the possibility of inheriting a repeat sex offender, and how that would complicate things.
