The houses with the strongest cash flow and appreciation like you know, are the ones closest to campus.

It is unbiased and basically gives you the closest to location. 

You could also suggest that they not park the cars together. if they have one car close to the house and the other at the end of the drive, no matter where your tenants park, they can maneuver the car closest to the house out of the driveway.

What would be the price range, number of units, and the closest towns that would make the numbers work?

@Alex Olson I’ve got a couple of two bedrooms that gross over 50k per year each and if they were anywhere near the closest university they’d be empty.

There was nothing.I tried the 2 closest larger cities (Tulsa, Kansas City), there was nothing.So with my brief analysis, the site is worthless.
