This is my first rental and everything is taking much longer than anticipated.

And this is not a tenant, this is a client.

I'm uncertain how this will affect home sales - if people overextended themselves on a mortgage and lose their $400k to $500k salary, they may need to sell.

Maybe someone knows all about this. 

I think that there are 3 reasons why Financial Planners aren't able to handle this:1.
