They used a liquid clay injection in the ground that was supposed to fill the cracks, dry and seal it up.

In many areas, the soil in Colorado is heavy clay.

you don't have that expansive clay in Vegas like Texas and MS LA.that stuff is brutual.. if your home has not had foundation work when you buy it.. its not if its when your going to get stuck with a foundation leveling job that will wipe out 2 to 5 years of your cash flow  Poof  all gone. !!...

We have tried some applications on tablets and spent more time fooling with the application than focusing on the conditions that needed work and would cost money.

Just looking for advise.. doesnt seem too hard to me, plan is to rent a mini excavator, dig up yard (120 feet back yard house to alley) then lay new sched 40 PVC down.. couple questions..can i just lay the new pipe over the old clay pipe or do i need to remove the clay pipe?
