Morning all,I have recently stumbled upon investing in mobile home parks, and wanted to post a forum to see what the best direction for educating myself on this asset class is?

I more so looking for a class A to B area that can produce a little cash flow but more of a equity play.

So diversification of asset classes with alternative uncorrelated assets is probably wise, and perhaps carrying lower leverage on STR/LTR going forwards. 

In my area, the vast majority of new multifamily builds has been A-class.

I finally got my inherited semi detached SFH (C+ working class neighborhood) ready to rent out but the attached house sticks out like a sore thumb and I believe the tenants do it on purpose as a deterrent and intimidation factor. 

They often offer REI classes are invaluable.

By leveraging resident services and first-class property management, we can truly impact the lives of working-class families.

I think it’d be worth holding for a few months until January  Also fyi a lot of students pay by semester all at once, once they’re refund checks come in which can be a couple weeks after classes start.
