Is anyone that is showing real estate for sale, rent or otherwise, using a COVID disclosure to indemnify themselves against possible litigation from would be buyers, renters etc, in the event they got COVID and decided it was your fault and now you're gonna go through the court system?

In the state of Florida, my understanding is if you have less than 5 properties and it's owned personally, you are not subject to civil rights requirements since it's your personal property.

I agree with the threat of one of these actions.. but in reality they are not that easy to litigate..
