The Alamo City is undergoing a transformation that's set to redefine its landscape and economy.

Husband was supposed to take over the mortgage, but didnt qualify.Last summer, she decided to take her kids and move to a neighboring city.

Some cities are now giving you money in the form of a loan to help build ADU's, which is great.

I'm looking to tackle some flips in Kansas city, I am not local but can come out as needed.

I am having trouble finding distressed properties with enough "meat on the bones" to make enough money on the deal.  Any others having the same trouble.

To me as mentioned path of progress cant go wrong.. unless the city dies. the other land to buy would be timber land in the North west.

Though I know it's possible for rent and prices to go down, I'm willing to bet this city is here to stay. 

Here there is a 25 GPG hardness and .2-.8PPM (not sure specifically what my rental has), which leads to buildup and rust, in addition, there has been a history of too high magnesium which caused an advisory from the city itself about potentially unsafe levels of magnesium. 

Planning for potential infrastructure issues is essential, especially when dealing with properties that may need upgrades like connecting to city utilities.
