Do you have a plan for filling those 6-8 spaces (otherwise thats just money on the table that you won't be able to capitalize on) and are they already laid out (cement pad and utilities run to them?)

The new deck was built with pressure treated wood, it's 12x14 with some stairs and cost $5300 to build (had a local one-man contractor do it).

He indicated they use sealed/epoxied concrete in the kennel areas and a polymer/cement floor (applied as a liquid so there are no seams) in the surgery.

There's a concrete slab at the base of the stairs out the back door that goes into the driveway some and then oak tree roots themselves make it a little bumpy ride.
